As educational institutions place greater emphasis on quality management practices in its governance, the role of information systems integration as an enabler cannot be ignored. The European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM Excellence Model®) is one notable quality management model. This paper identifies gaps in information systems integration in the context of its role in supporting the EFQM and presents opportunities for research and practice that exist in learning environment. |
